Witchspire lets you become a witch in an open-world crafting game. After you’ve activated the flight pillars in the area, you can freely fly anywhere. It also lets you craft potions and items befitting of a witch. The game is also full of cute little creatures that you can bond with, and then they’ll help you out in your base or fight alongside you.

The Dark Comet
After you’ve inserted the second key into the Witchspire, the next quest will ask you to head to Eastell. However, when you’re on your way there, you’ll spot a dark comet coming down on the area.
Follow the area where the comet dropped. Flight won’t work in Eastell, and you’ll have to drop off nearby. Enter the comet, and you’ll find yourself in a dark place.

Once you’re inside, you’ll have to find a way out. Follow the red pillar in the distance until you find a red line on the ground. Keep following the red line.
There will be a few Seeks, which are quite strong to deal with, especially if you’re underleveled. Defeat them and keep moving.

The path will eventually lead you to the Heart of Corruption inside the comet. There’s also a sachet here with Eliria’s Hat and Wand, which can provide an exceptional power-up. Interact with the heart to dissolve the comet.

Path To Eastell
After the comet and the corruption around it disappear, you’ll be back in the open world. Now, you have to resume your journey to Eastell.
Head to the marked location on the map. Here, you’ll find R’hyrrgar’s Stronghold. You’ll have to defeat R’hyrrgar to acquire the third key.

You can find R’hyrrgar on the peak of the stronghold. R’hyrrgar is level 22, so you’ll need to be at least level 17 to take him on comfortably.
As soon as you defeat R’hyrrgar, you’ll obtain the third key. The next quest requires you to travel to the Isle Bridge.

Before you head to the bridge, you should press the giant pressure plate in R’hyrrgar’s stronghold. Activating this plate effects migth not have any visible effects immediately, but it is one of the objectives in the upcoming quest.

The Isle Bridge
Head to the marked location. Your flight powers won’t work here for now, and you’ll have to explore the entire region on foot.
You’ll eventually reach a platform where three giant roots are connected. After reaching the location, your next objective will be to activate the three roots. Doing so will activate the broken bridge, allowing you to progress ahead.

You’ve already activated one of the roots near the R’hyrrgar’s Stronghold, but you still have to activate the remaining two.
While looking for the activation points for the roots, you can collect the orbs connected to the flight pillar as well. There are a total of four orbs that you’ll have to find. Three of them can be reached on foot, while the fourth one requires the bridge to be repaired. You’ll also need an active flight pillar to get to the next area, alongside the repaired bridge.

Activating The Roots
To activate the roots, you’ll have to step on the big pressure plates that you found in these areas by following the roots. You can also just open the map and trace the path of the roots to figure out where they’re going. This will allow you to get an idea about where to go.

Note that since you can’t fly in the area yet, you’ll have to reach these locations by jumping. It’s recommended to have at least four spirit jump charges available. You can unlock them from the Luminary tree.

Preparations Before Crossing The Bridge
It is recommended that you’re at least level 20 before crossing the bridge. You should level up and get an upgraded wand and armor. You should also level up your hearth to at least level 7.
For that, you’ll need to set up a Sawmill to get Refined Planks. After setting up the Sawmill, you’ll need to find a reliable familiar to make it work; you won’t be able to produce any planks without it.

Lety is one of the creatures that can work on the Sawmill, and you’ll find tons of them in the Timberline Basin area. Use an incense to boost the chances of the spirits lingering, and you’ll be able to bond with at least one of them.
Furthermore, you’ll need Alder Wood to craft high-quality weapons and armor. Alder wood can be obtained from magical trees with purple leaves.

You’ll find a ton of them near R’hyrrgar’s Stronghold. Use a Spirit Lodging Sickle to cut down these magical trees.

Furthermore, you should also upgrade your broomstick before heading to the next area because speed will matter a lot there.

To Shuddersands
Once you feel like you’re prepared to deal with enemies that are beyond level 20, head to the Isle Bridge. You’ll find it repaired after you’ve activated the three roots.
Keep going, and you’ll find the last orb of the flight pillar here as well. Interact with it, and you’ll be able to use your broomstick to fly.

Make your way to the tower in the distance. You’ll find a portal inside of it. This portal will lead you to the Shuddersands. You can then explore and level up in the new area.
