The Man In The Sketch Walkthrough

After you complete the Power Struggle quest, some lengthy cutscenes will be triggered, and a lot will happen. Nakahara, as well as the sixth chairman ofthe Kiryu former clan, has been shot. So, now you will be going back to Kamurocho to track down the one who shot them.
Head To Chura Bar

Now, before you head off to Kamurocho to find the one who shot Nakahara and Daigo, you need to learn some new moves from Miya-san. So, for that, head to the Chura Bar in downtown. Once you enter the bar, talk to Miya san, and he will ask you to pass the beginner’s exam before you leave.
Pass The Beginner’s Exam

To pass the beginner’s exam, you need to head upstairs to the dojo. Talk to Miyazato and select the practice option. You will then see four training sessions from which you can choose. Each of them will have specific tasks you have to complete to earn points. Make sure you carefully read the objectives before starting, as failing to meet the conditions will reduce your overall score.
Attack And Defend With The Tinbe And Rochin

Be careful, as there are going to be three enemies, and you can only guard against the ones that are directly in front of you. If you choose to go with the first one, make sure not to quickstep because if you do, you will lose 50 points. Before defeating the opponents, make sure to perform three perfect guards. Once done, defeat the opponents without using Quickstep, and you will get 250 points.
Inflict Bleed With Sai And Kama

The next one will be pretty simple. Before defeating the opponent, you will have to attack him with Kama three times to trigger the bleed effect. Also, make sure to win this fight within 1 minute and 30 seconds. There is going to be only one opponent this time, but his health bar will be quite large.
If you do not know how to attack with Kama, then do not worry because it is actually pretty simple. Just use this combo: Square, Square, Square, Triangle, Triangle, Triangle. With this, you should complete the objective successfully. If not, simply repeat the combo until the bleed effect is triggered and then finish the fight within the required time limit.
Inflict Stun With Tonfa

This is going to be even simpler. There are going to be three opponents, so use the Tonfa against any one of them three times. To use Tonfa, press Triangle. Press it three times consecutively to complete the objective, and the opponent will be stunned. Then, hold the Square button and press it consecutively to attack the opponent with nunchaku. After that, defeat the opponents to finish this training successfully.
Create Openings For Critical Attacks

Before starting this fight, you should unlock the ability that makes your attacks critical when you hit from behind. This will make completing the objective much easier and faster.
This time, you will be using the Dragon of Dojima style. You need to trigger critical hits and attack the opponent from behind three times. This opponent attacks a lot, so do not rush in blindly. You just need to get behind the opponent and hit him three times to complete both of the objectives. Be patient, wait for an opening, and then strike from behind to land the critical hits properly.
Then defeat him using your combos, and now you have completed all of the objectives. Once you have done that, talk to Miyazato again and take the promotion exam.
Defeat All Of The Students

There will be three opponents, and they can be really annoying to deal with. That is because they all attack frequently, so if you are fighting one, you will be interrupted a lot by the others. The best way to deal with them is to use the Ryukyu style and hit one of them with Circle. Then, press Triangle to use a Heat Action.
After that, attack the others to charge your Heat gauge again and use another Heat Action. Once you have defeated them all, you will be promoted to the Beginner rank. You will also learn a new technique, Miyazato Style: Dashing Iron Heart. Then, you will be approached by some annoying fellas. This could lead to an interesting conversation, so you can choose the first option if you want to engage with them.
Leave It All To Akko-san! In Okinawa!

However, if you do not want to deal with them, choose the second option and then select the second option again to be on your way. This is basically a side quest-type activity, so you can complete it if you want, as it will not take very long. If you take the interview, you will be asked a question about your job.

You can choose any of the options, ideally the first one, but I went with the second one just for the reaction. Then choose any option other than the Public Market for some hilarious conversation. The answer that will proceed the conversation is Public Market.
You will then have to defeat a couple of trend chasers. After a while, the side quest will be over, so head to the marked spot on the map, and you will have to beat up some thugs.
Defeat The Thugs

There are going to be only three of them, so defeating them is not going to be an issue. Take care of the thugs, and then you will have a conversation with the person they were threatening. Now, before you head back to Kamurocho, you have to help the Hasai Girls as well.
Give The Hasai Girls A Hand

So, simply follow the marker on the map and then head to the base. Then, from the menu, select Turf War and then choose the second one, Tokyo Night Terrors: Kijibato Squad. Secure the warehouses, and when you have done that, the final wave will appear.

You should take care of Kijibato first, as he is the main enemy here. He will have two health bars, so utilize Heat Actions as well as the Dragon Boost. Once you have dealt with Kijibato, take care of the others with the bigger health bar. After defeating everyone, you will win the turf battle.
After that, you will have to rescue Sakura, Tsubasa’s friend. She is the leader of one of the three big gangs.
Go Help Sakura

From Rumble, select Total Annihilation and select Operation: Rescue Sakura. Once you reach there, you will face the Tokyo Night Terrors Squadron 11. There are going to be waves of enemies, and the leader of the squadron will not come right away.

You will be given a timer, and within the time duration, you have to defeat the enemy leader. This leader is not the squadron leader but the one who is currently fighting among the other enemies. The enemy will have a purple flag on top of his name. The name will be Shota, so take care of him to boost team morale.
After you do that, the boss of the squadron, Kurowashi, will join the fight. So shift your focus to him. He will have a katana, but this fight will not be challenging at all. Kurowashi does not have much health, so once you have defeated him, start fighting the others. Once you have defeated the opponents, you will recruit more baddies: Sakura, Moe, Koyoka, and Tiffany.
Gather Twenty Or More Allies And Get To Infamy Rank 3

Now, you have to reach Infamy Rank 3, and for that, you have to hire more members. The process is going to be the same, so hire some new members. Then, talk to Tsubasa, and it is time to rumble with the Bullet Boyz. This time, you will have to secure more warehouses, but it is not going to be challenging at all.
Once you have secured all of the warehouses, the main force of the enemy will appear. Your main focus should be Dawg Boi. Defeat him and then take care of more enemies at once using the Surijin. After you have won the fight, Dawg Boi will join your gang. Now, you need to take down Hard Knock Academy, the toughest gang in Okinawa. However, we will do it another time, as now it is time to head back to Morning Glory.
Head Back To Morning Glory

Now that you have taken care of almost everything, head back to Morning Glory. Then, a pretty long cutscene will play, featuring some interesting events taking place in different areas. After that, Kiryu will reach Kamurocho, and your objective will be to head over to Stardust. As you enter, a cutscene will commence, and then you will have to fight the captain of the Nishikiyama family, Hasebe.
Defeat Hasebe And His Men

Start the fight by targeting Hasebe in the Ryukyu battle style. Press Circle and then Triangle to hit him with a Heat Action. Once you have taken around 50 percent of his first health bar, he will take out a katana. Also, some enemies will be using guns, so take care of them first.

Then focus completely on Hasebe, but do not be too aggressive, as he has an aura. Hasebe deals a lot of damage and can dodge your attacks. He also blocks a lot, so pressing Circle in that instance will help a lot. Also, do not forget that you can stun the opponent by using Tonfa. Once you have defeated Hasebe, give Kazuki a hand and defeat the rest of the enemies. With that, Chapter 4, The Man In The Sketch, will be over, and The Curtain Rises will begin in Yakuza Kiwami 3.
The Curtain Rises Walkthrough

Now, as Hasebe has told you, Kashiwagi is in danger, and in just a while, Kiryu gets a call from him. After the cutscene ends, you will be tasked with heading to the Millennium Tower, while keeping a low profile, as Kiryu’s life is also in danger.
Head To The Millennium Tower

After you have exited Stardust, head right, and then take another right. Upon doing so, Kiryu will be surrounded by the men in black suits. You will have to defeat all of the mysterious foreigners. They will have more health than the normal enemies and will deal more damage.
However, fighting them is going to be simple, so defeat them and keep heading toward the Millennium Tower. Head straight, then take a right. Then head left, and you will have to fight more men in black suits. Defeat them, follow the path ahead, and then, on the main road, head left. Then take another left, and a right.
Defeat The Men In Black Suits

There, you will see some police officers, and then a quest marker will be marked on your map. Head there, and even more men in black suits will ambush you. Now, the Mysterious Foreigner A is going to cause you a little trouble. So, instantly deal with the others, and then focus solely on him.

He deals a lot of damage, but countering his hits is easy. Focus on that, and when his aura is depleted, go on full offensive. After you have taken out his one health bar, use the Dragon Boost to take out his second health bar, too. From here, the way to Millennium Tower is pretty simple. Head to the elevator, and go to Kashiwagi-san.
Then, a pretty lengthy cutscene will commence, and at the end, Kashiwagi-san will be shot. With that, Chapter 5, The Curtain Rises in Yakuza Kiwami 3, will be over.
