Dordogne Collectibles Walkthrough – Chapter 7 & Chapter 8

Welcome to the Into Indie Games collectibles walkthrough for Dordogne. This guide covers all the collectibles in the game, including stickers, words, tapes, and letters.

Chapter 7: The Coulobre
As you take control of Mimi at the start of this chapter, we already have a letter to find.
Letter: There is a letter on the bed in Nora’s room, where Mimi starts this chapter.
Go from here to MImi’s room (to the left of the staircase).
Letter: There is a letter on the dresser, near the mirror.
From here, go downstairs and head into the living room, where the beeping is coming from.
Go to the far left of the room and interact with the newspapers. Follow the on-screen instructions to move the newspapers aside and find the watch. Examine the newspapers next for another flashback.
In the flashback, you’ll begin in the attic – go from here to Nora’s room (right of the stairs and left of the bathroom).
Tape: You’ll get the tape immediately upon entering Nora’s room.
This is the last tape in the game.
From here, go downstairs, out of the house, and down to the river. Interact with the kayak here to get rowing.
Keep going until you regain control of Mimi – then go forward. You’ll find pages to pick up at certain points, which will unlock the path forward.
After a lengthy segment, you will gain control of Renaud. While Renaud is swimming, you must avoid the obstacles by swimming under them right when they’re near. Keep going until Renaud reaches the end of the section.
Follow the on-screen instructions to move the branches aside, and then after a cutscene, to help resuscitate Mimi. This concludes the chapter and takes you to the very brief Chapter 8.
Chapter 8: The Last Words
You’ll be in first-person mode at the start of this chapter.
Follow the noises with your camera for the final conversations and cutscenes of the game.
