Encounter the many factions, wars, and heroes of the saga as you swipe your way through negotiations, marry to strengthen alliances, and convert to gain more power.
Desta: The Memories Between
And another great indie dev is behind this one, Monument Valley’s UsTwo. Desta: The Memories Between navigates some poignant themes in a way in which only a video game can do – exploring how a non-binary protagonist can repair broken relationships, whilst transitioning through dreamlike worlds and all via a turn-based dodgeball gaming mechanic.
Valiant Hearts: Coming Home
Developed by original core team members from Ubisoft Montpellier Valiant Hearts: Coming Home the first of three Ubisoft mobile games coming to Netflix Games. The sequel to the award-winning Valiant Hearts: The Great War brings players back to World War I for a dramatic narrative game following four interweaving stories of friendship, survival, and sacrifice amidst the turmoil and tragedy of war.
From Night School Studio OXENFREE is a supernatural thriller about a group of friends who unwittingly open a ghostly rift. You play as Alex, a bright, rebellious teenager who brings her new stepbrother Jonas to an overnight party on an old military island. The night takes a terrifying turn when you unwittingly open a ghostly gate spawned from the island’s cryptic past.
How you deal with these events, your peers, and the ominous creatures you’ve unleashed is up to you. As you determine every aspect of Alex’s story while exploring Edwards Island, uncovering the base’s dark past, and changing the course of your friends’ lives.
Kentucky Route Zero
Kentucky Route Zero from Cardboard computer is a magical realist adventure game about a secret highway running through the caves beneath Kentucky, and the mysterious folks who travel it. It’s an inspirational and original point-and-click indie adventure game that contains text-driven dialogue, with the focus of the game being story-telling and atmosphere.
