Chapter 5

Scene 20

On gaining control of Trevor, go left and follow Vivian until you reach the very end of the path (and the conversation).

After a while, you’ll regain control of Trevor. Approach the table in the middle and interact with the papers.

When you gain control of Angela, walk around the apartment for a bit. When your phone starts ringing, pick it up.

Scene 21

Go straight ahead and take a right. Ignore the Hexagon entrance door for now and keep going straight until you reach the cardboard boxes. Look to the right to see the logo with Arcadia Six sign.

Navigate the S-shaped path towards the sign and interact with the gray metal box next to it. Pick up the SD card inside and return to the Hexagon entrance door.

Interact with the Triangle control panel to gain entry. Go through the first room and then all the way up the stairs.

Here, go up the stairs to the right of the main hub, which leads to a triangle door. Enter through using the control panel and go in.

Here, our objective is to get into the ‘blue’ office beyond the window. Go right from where you entered, until your phone vibrates.

Your goal now is to proceed while paying attention to the motion detector on your phone. Move very slowly and cautiously, and if the detector’s meter rises, then stop. Move in a different direction to test a safe path, and continue.

Begin by making your way to the red plants next to the window.

After that, go diagonally to the red plants in a side-corridor, underneath a poster of The Dome. Take a left as the corridor turns.

After this, go straight to the open vent at the very end.

Inside the vent, you’ll have to use only the phone’s sound to determine where to go. Keep going until you reach a fork and take a right.

Keep going now until you reach a couple of forks next to each other. Ignore both left and right and go straight ahead.

Keep going and at the next fork, take a left.

Once out of the vent, we’re back to using the phone. Go straight now, but stop at the fork just after the Core poster and before the Hexagon poster. Take a left.

Take a right toward the red monitors and then take another right at the vending machines. Go absolutely straight until you reach the red monitor in front of you.

Take a left at the fern and proceed to the blue palm reader panel. Here, interact with the panel to open the door.

To actually make it to the door, you’ll have to pay attention to the motion detector and move accordingly. The door has a timer, so if you fail, you must return to the palm reader panel and repeat the process.

As a rough guide, you’ll have to move in a zigzag way starting by hugging the right wall, then the left wall, then the right wall again, and finally the middle of the room in front of the door.

Once inside the blue office, look to the left to see a tall server-like machine with a rhombus symbol over and on it.

Interact with the machine and press the buttons in the center to solve a sliding puzzle. Your goal in this puzzle is to move the blue triangle to the top-right, and the orange rhombus to the bottom-right.

Once you’ve succeeded, watch Vivian’s statement on the screens to the right of the machine. Then, go to the rhombus-locked door at the opposite end of the office.

Go left and return to the hub through the triangle-locked door.

Now go to the opposite side of the hub to find another flight of stairs, which lead to a rhombus-locked door. Go through this door by using the panel.

Go left and then right, then up the stairs. Interact with the vent cover here and go through into the vent. Drop down to the walkway at the end of the vent.

Follow the walkway to the very end and proceed into another vent. Interact with the vent cover at the end and then go right into the blue office.

Now interact with the hexagon access level device to solve your next puzzle. Here, we need to get the hexagons to the right and the rhombuses to the left. You can move any of the ’tiles’ into an open area next to it, and you can also leapfrog over an tile with a different symbol, into an open area next to that tile.

To solve this puzzle, move the rhombus left, hexagon right, hexagon right, rhombus left, rhombus left, rhombus left, hexagon right, hexagon right, hexagon right, rhombus left, rhombus left, rhombus left, hexagon right, hexagon right, and finally, rhombus left.

Now look right to find the pentagon-locked door. Proceed until you find some interceptors, and look to the left to find a vent. Interact with it and go through.

At the end of the vent, you’ll be back in the hub. Enter the pentagon-locked door in the center of the hub, opposite the Arcadia Control Grid corridor.

Inside this office, go straight ahead and interact with the hexagon-locked panel.

Now your goal is to memorize the ’empty spots’ in the laser grids shown on the monitors, and sneak your way to the very end of the corridor.

When you’re ready to proceed, exit the office and enter the corridor. Crouch at all times in the corridor and begin by hugging the right wall.

After crossing the first red ring, hug the left wall.

After crossing the second red ring, hug the right wall again.

After crossing the third red ring, go to the center of the corridor and stand on the yellow line. Move on this yellow line straight ahead, until you reach the Arcadia Control Grid room.

Here, before dealing with the Hexagon access level puzzle, go all the way around the room to find the door to Realignment. You can’t open it yet, as it’s hexagon-locked, but look opposite the door instead.

Proceed into the central pillar through the sliding doors and interact with the wiring inside.

Now go to the other side of the pillar, where the access level device is. Interact with it.

Your goal now is to click on the buttons that the yellow wire passes through. As you’ve seen the back side of the wiring, you’ll have a picture of it handy. Here’s a screenshot of which buttons to press.

Once you’re approved for Hexagon-level access, you’ll have a conversation with Number Six, and then take control of Trevor again.
