Superliminal Walkthrough – Level 6

Stuck in Superliminal? Find out how to make even doorways bigger or smaller and how to start thinking with portals (of various sizes).

Welcome to the Into Indie Games walkthrough of Superliminal! Much of the best parts of Superliminal involve figuring out a tricky puzzle by yourself, so I recommend you only consult this guide when you absolutely are stuck!

Level 6

As usual, turn off the alarm and head out.

Go through the Relaxation Room door and then through the Relaxation Room itself. Proceed through the door at the other end of the Relaxation Room.

Go through the office and the corridors accompanying it. When you reach the next door, you’ll see a huge shaft going down. Jump in!

At the bottom, head to the table and make the house huge by dropping it from a height. Make it big enough that you can enter the door. Don’t make it too large, or you won’t be able to jump over the ledge in the corridor.

Jump up the ledge and proceed where you find two doors, one on either side. In the left room, you’ll find the door you need to access to proceed – but it’s too small.

Head back into the corridor and proceed out of the watery door to the right, which will take you into another room.

Make the house you exited even bigger than it is now, and re-enter the house when you are tiny.

Jump on the suitcases in the other room and enter the door. If the door is still too small for you to fit through, head out of the house and make it larger.

Continue through the next corridor, past the TV and following the red cable. In the room past the corridors, you’ll find a giant tower of wooden blocks.

There’s also a table with a small fan. Pick up the fan and make it larger and larger until it causes the tower to collapse.

Enter the doorway that is now on the ground (or low enough for you to proceed through).

In the next room, you’ll find four windows and a closed door.

You’ll also find that the first window to the left of the door can be picked up. Pick it up, make it large enough to fit through and jump into the ‘glass’ area to enter the next corridor.

You should be fairly small in this corridor. Continue onwards through the next doorway (which should be small enough for you). If it’s too small, then backtrack and make the window larger than it was.

After the doorway, head into a series of lockers.

Beyond these, you find yourself in a pool with a rubber castle.

Pick up the castle and drop it so that you can jump on the edge and then on the upper floor. On the upper floor, pick up the castle again and drop it so that the door is large enough for you to fit through. Remember to position it so that you can enter it without dropping down to the pool floor.

Enter the door in the castle and then go through into the steel vent. At the end of the vent, you’ll find the castle again, but you can’t go past the fan. You’ll also find the exit is directly in front of the vent, but you can’t reach it.

Pick up the castle while looking down through the vent and then place the castle on the platform in front of the door you need to go through. Remember to rotate the castle so that you face the door.

After this, exit the vent and go through the door you came from. If you positioned the castle correctly, you will exit through the door on the uppermost platform.

Proceed through to the next room. In the green room with the two doorways, pick up the small doorway and place it on (or past) the keyhole.

Walk through the doorway you came from to exit from the other doorway, which will take you on the keyhole or past it (depending on where you placed the doorway).

You will also find yourself to be tiny here.

Pick up the house that’s on the chair and make it large enough for you to be able to pass through the doorway. Head through the elevator here to proceed to the next level.
