Ninny’s Missing Clothes
From the beach where Too-Ticky is, go north until you find a boulder between some rocks. Push the boulder to either side and go north over the rocks.
On the other side, you’ll meet an invisible child. Chase the child while playing your harmonica to charm her.
Do this three times to earn her trust and get her side-quest, “Ninny’s Missing Clothes”.
You can see the location for where to find Stinky on your map, which is roughly to the northeast of Moomintroll’s home.
Make your way to this location to confront Stinky. Stinky will run away, so chase him and keep banging your drum in his range until he gets tired.
Remember to pick up the clothes he drops each time he gets tired.
When you’ve finally got the clothes you need, go back to Ninny to return the clothes to her.
You can’t see Ninny, obviously, so keep running around until the conversation initiates.
Make a Heart Flutter
A little to the northeast of Moominpappa’s carpentry shed, you’ll find a Bug Collector looking for butterflies. Here’s the location on the map (look for Snufkin’s hat).
After talking to him, you’ll get the quest “Make a Heart Flutter”.
For this quest, go north from the bug collector and cross the bridge to find a vast field of flowers.
Run around in the field to get butterflies to show up, and then use your harmonica to charm them.
Along the way, you might also attract bees, in which case you’ll be stuck until you calm the bees with your flute.
On charming the butterfly, the butterfly will start to follow you. Repeat this process three times, and then return to the bug collector.
Watercolor
Go southeast from the Hemulen Bug Collector to find a climbable path down the cliff.
Climb down and talk to the Hemulen Painter near here.
Now pick up the jar near the painter and go west to find a pool of water. Put the jar on this pool to collect one drop of water.
Pick it up after collecting the drop and go east.
When you get to the see-saw tree trunk, place your jar down somewhere. Go further east and pick up a rock.
Get on the tree trunk and place the rock on the left side of the trunk.
Then, pick up your jar of water again and go up the trunk to the east.
There’s a pool of water very close to the tree trunk, so collect the water there.
Now go to the far east of this cliff to find another pool of water, which will be your final one. Put the jar in place to get fill the jar.
Pick up the jar (you no longer need to hold it), and return to the painter. Note that there is an unrollable ladder along the way if you’d rather not go down the trunk again.
A Small Gesture
You may have spotted the Spider while doing the Hemulen Painter’s quest “Watercolor”. Approach the spider to start this quest, i.e. “A Small Gesture”.
To solve this quest, you simply have to bang your drum while targeting the spider, until the spider goes all the way up.
Keep banging until all the rats are in their hole, and that’ll wrap up this short quest.
Stuck in a Tree
Go to the flower field where you found the butterflies for “Make a Heart Flutter” and go east following the sound of bees.
You’ll find a black-haired person stuck on a tree surrounded by bees. Climb the tree to meet Toffle. This will get you the quest “Stuck in a Tree”.
To calm the bees, simply play your flute while targeting the bees. Once you get all the bees, they’ll return to their hive, freeing Toffle.
Get down from the tree after the dialog and completing the quest.
