Welcome to the Into Indie Games walkthrough for The Last Faith!

After killing the Cold One Beast go right and in the next room, head down the ladder. Keep heading down and at the bottom, head to the room on the right after replenishing your focus. Prepare for a boss fight.

Boss: Leena

The Last Faith Walkthrough

Leena’s Moveset:

  • Jumps up and as she drops, shoots 4 firebolts
  • She jumps diagonally and shoots firebolts at your general direction
  • Jumps up and shoots exploding bolts in a straight line, there is a slight delay before explosion. These can be picked up and thrown at her.
  • Summons two dark energy tornadoes at both sides of the level, effectively reducing the stage area
  • She marks 3 spots on the ground that explode on contact
  • She shoots a dark energy bolt in the middle of the stage which explodes in columns of dark energy that move outwards from the center.

The door to the right opens and inside is a chest with a demishade ore. In the next area, go down the stairs and wade through the blood, avoiding the exploding spurts. Keeping heading to the right and exit through the doorway on the right. In the next room, double-jump your way up to the top and exit on the left. It is pretty linear now, so keep heading left. In the next room, kill the enemies and hit the wall on the far left to open a secret room.

The Last Faith Walkthrough

Inside you will find a Healing Holster. Back in the room from before, double jump and head to the right at the top to find a checkpoint. Save here. The right side is a dead end so head back out.

This seems like an end boss zone and so at this point, you can teleport to Katerina’s Church in Mythringal and double jump over the altar in front of her to get the Dark Moon Charm as well as double jump and grapple on the ledge right above the checkpoint for the Jailor’s Key – which can be used to open doors in the Temple of the Deposed Gods. So lets fast travel there. From the checkpoint head to the left, in the next room double jump and pick up the demishade ore beyond the locked gate then move to the left. Jump up the ladder and open the gate on the left.

The Last Faith Walkthrough

Drop down and keep heading down. Clear the new enemies you encounter here and keep moving left. Once you hit the checkpoint, across you is a locked door – kill the enemy there and smash the wall beyond him for a secret room. A gauntlet awaits you inside, kill the enemies and go in the next room to get the Dark Comet Charm. Back in the room where we came from drop down the ladder, and clear each room on your way down. In the next room, head to the leftfor a couple of nycrux chests and then drop down and head right. In the next room keep heading right to get the Walryn Family Crest. (Check part 12 of our walkthrough for the location of the Ordens Crest.) Exit the room through the right and head up. Go through the door on the right and you should be around here on the map below –

Open the locked gate and bear right. Keep going till you reach the checkpoint to fast travel to Caterina’s Church and head to the Graveyard and enter the unlocked grave in the middle.

Inside you can loot The Devourer of the Betrayed and the Nocturnal Charm.

Fast travel to Esk Mansion. Go to this location on the map.

Break the hidden wall on the right of the mirror here.

The chest inside has the Blackhall Family Crest.

This should get you 3 of the 4 crests required. The Oxnevylle family crest is a little harder to get, you get it by completing “The Woman in Ink” quest. You must deliver 20 “Unborn of the Midnight Aristocracy” to complete the quest. The reward will be the Oxnevylle Family Crest.

Below is the location guide for all 20 Unborn of the Midnight Aristocracy. Please check every wall in the general area to find the items, even when going down elevators. By check I mean whack the walls.

Once you have all 4 crests, go to this location on the map below in the Drowned Crypt.

Break the door down with a Nycrux punch and go in and place the crests. Continue till the altar activates. Prepare for a boss fight. A secret boss.

Boss: Nyxaroth the Eldritch Wight

  • He generates 6 dark energy balls that track you around the arena.
  • Disappears and summons adds (that are 1 hit fodder) and generates a floating pillar that moves and generates 4 dark energy balls. Destroy the pillar asap.
  • Punches down into the ground and sprouts tentacle columns across the floor.
  • Slams down and creates waves of dark energy.

Inside the room on the right pick up the Dark Comet Charm.
