FAR: Changing Tides Walkthrough – Part 16: Seismograph Facility

Part 16: Seismograph Facility

After leaving the reactor area, you’ll be sailing for a while again. Keep going until you reach an iceberg, and then submerge the ship so that you can get past it.

Go a little to the right and you’ll find another dock opening like the last time. Dock your ship by stopping it with your trapdoor right above the opening.

Enter the trapdoor to go down the pipe and press the blue button there to drain the water.

Pull the lever to the left and go down. Go left through the next passage into a lopsided room.

Pull both of the heavy, pull-able tanks to the left of the room and the use the hose in the bottom-left to fill both tanks with water.

This will balance the room. Press the blue button on the right of the room to enable a seismograph.

Along with this, a repair tool should drop down to the floor, which you can use to fix the elevator.

Now use the hose’s vacuum to drain the rightmost tank and then push the tank to the right, so that you can jump on it and onto the upper platform.

Remember to take the repair tool with you!

Bring the repair tool to the elevator to fix it. Use the lift to go to the middle area and then watch the cutscene that follows.
