Part 8

After your flight has landed, pick up the orange sphere and use the hopper to hop out of the purple sphere. Put your orange sphere in a dock here, and return to the purple sphere.

Now pick up the green sphere and go northwest of the hopper to find a pillar where you can phase shift. Phase shift down the next pillar.

Use the hopper to hop out of the purple sphere and swap your orange and green spheres. Go back into the purple sphere with your orange sphere.

Run east over the crystalized path and put your orange sphere in the dock next to the closed sphere activator. This will enable the sphere activator.

To proceed, we need to use the green sphere. However, there’s no way to bring the green sphere across the crystalized path – so we’re going to have to get creative.

Return to the hopper by running west over the crystalized path and hop out of the purple world. Swap the purple and orange spheres. Pick up the green sphere and hop into the orange sphere.

Put the green sphere on the dock to the west here, and hop back out of the orange sphere. Swap the purple and orange spheres again, and hop into the purple sphere.

Now go back east over the crystalized path and put the orange sphere on the sphere activator. Hop into the orange sphere, pick up the green sphere, and hop back out into the purple sphere.

You can now go north of the sphere activator and phase shift up the pillar.

Go east now to find another drone dispenser. Ignore it for now and go up the very tall misty green pillar.

The order of the symbols this time is shown in the background, where it will go one step forward each time you phase shift.

The order is: Pentagon, Triangle, Butterfly, Diamond, Hexagon

Once you enter this order of symbols using the little poles in front of the drone dispenser, you’ll get your drone released. Return to the sphere activator and go east to break the drone free.

Go northwest from the sphere activator to disable the fence here. Then, go north from there to get your drone stuck in the sticky contraption.

Put your green sphere in the dock here to enable the next sphere activator. Go back south and break the drone free.

Return to the sphere activator to your southeast and swap the orange and green spheres. Hop into the green sphere and have your drone be caught by a sticky contraption.

Without breaking the drone free, hop out of the green sphere and swap the orange and green spheres again.

In the purple sphere, take the green sphere past the sticky contraption and put it in the northern sphere activator. Hop in, break the drone out, and hop back out.

This way, your drone is now past the sticky contraption and you can go east to unlock the fence blocking your way.

Proceed north to sacrifice your drone and unlock the giant door ahead. To actually open the door, you need to put both of your spheres in the docks in front of the door – so go back and retrieve your orange and green spheres and put them in the docks.

Follow the robots north and press the buttons next to their jump pads to toss them forward. When both of them are on the other side, you will be able to cross to where they are thanks to a bridge.

Continue north to unlock a boss bridge – it’s time for a boss fight! Go north past the hopper and across the bridge to begin.

Pick up the ball in the center of the arena and drag it away to unleash what I’m going to call a swapper. The swapper will be present exactly opposite of where you are standing in the arena. You can swap your position to where the swapper is at any time.

When the ‘bomb-plant’ grows in the arena, run into it to let loose a missile. Do this three times to count for one ‘hit’, which will initiate the boss fight proper.

Your chief goal here is to avoid the boss as it chases you down. When it gets too close for comfort, swap to the other side of the arena. But watch out – the boss may destroy segments of the arena, limiting your movement and position-swapping potential.

When the bomb-plant appears, run into it to unleash a missile as before. Do this twice to break the boss’ armor.

After the boss’ armor is broken, the boss will now change its destruction pattern and also have the ability to make the segments of the arena goo-ey, which will slow you down.

After taking out two pods on the boss, it will start to generate a shield around itself that will prevent it from taking any damage. However, the boss may periodically lower the shield, giving you an opportunity to hit it with a missile. Remember to wait for such an opportunity – otherwise, you’d just be wasting the missile.

After taking out the boss’ three pods, the boss will be defeated.

Use the hopper to get back out of the purple sphere and power the purple sphere.
