Welcome to the Into Indie Games walkthrough for Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown walkthrough.

As the Quest: The Tiger and The Rat starts, you start in the Depths. Head to the right and exit the area. In the next area, jump over the platforms till you reach the wall that is moving upwards and hold on to the wall to get up and jump over the spikes to go to the left. Go up the handholds to pick up the Lore Item: Child’s Toy. Airdash to the right to find the Old Woman that will start the Sidequest: Motherly love. Jump back down and head down from the breaking platforms next to the rolling spikes. As you slide down you will see a strange character leave the scene and you can then pick up the Lore Item: Dropped Locket. Head to the left from where you picked up the locket, and then air dash across.

Kill the enemy – the one with the tail that spawns and head up the stairs. These specific enemies can poison you so watch out for their projectiles.

After you have killed both the enemies, you can either exit this area through the door on the left or jump up on the platform over the stairs and head to the right.

Jump up and go to the left and go up the handholds next to the 4 rolling spikes, then dash across to the handhold on the left and go up and dash over the top rolling spikes to pick up the Azure Damascus Ingot from the chest.

Go to the right and the metal grate will roll away, go through drop down and head to the left and exit through the left doorway. In the next area, head up the stairs, jump on the retractable platform and you have to be crafty to go up the slope on the other side. Jump on, then jump off and then airdash back towards the ramp, keep repeating this go up the slope and pick up time crystals.

Now slide back down across the retractable platform again, and drop down the right side wall, hanging on to the handhold. Drop down from the handhold and air dash to the left through the spiked rollers to pick up a Xerxes coin.

Slide down the other side and jump on the platform over the fall to pick up time crystals. Drop down and air dash to grab on to the handhold switch on the left wall and use it to retract one of the rolling spikes and jump through.

Drop down and go to the right, taking out the enemies on your way and in the next area you will find another Wak-Wak tree. Go to the right, grab the ledge and go through to the next area. In the next area, jump over the platforms and take out the enemies – one at the top and one at the bottom.

Keep heading right to exit the area. Head up the stairs and keep going to right, kill the enemy and you will see the Old Man still running away from you. Keep going to find and read a sign.

Grab on to the moving wall next to the sign and head up. Going up there will be a platform in the middle, jump on it, drop down on the other side and you can find another Xerxes coin down here. After picking it up, you kind of have to use the jump off and airdash thing we did earlier to get back up, as the walls here are both moving downwards.

Once you get back to the middle platform, drop down the other side and go back to the platform where the Old Man dropped down. Drop down that opening. Go to the left, wait for the sewage to stop dropping and slide through if you need arrow refills. Otherwise head to the right. Avoid the falling sewage and keep going. Drop down the platform over the rolling spikes and head down by grabbing on to the left wall.

Air dash between the walls to get down. Once at the bottom head to the left, you can ignore pretty much everything here for now. Go through the next area as well and into the next area, following the old man. Use the switch to call up the elevator and head down on it.

Go to the left and exit this area. In the next area, drop down and keep moving to the left to keep up the chase. In this next area, rush to the left and get up on the wallholds and hold on, as the sewage rises, jump and air dash to the right to land on the rising platforms to move to the right.

Jump to the other side, over the two rising platforms and on the other side head up the wall holds an then air dash to the left. Swing across with the pole and jump on the rising sludge platform and jump on to the hand hold.

Jump over to the right to hit the switch to drop the sewage down. You will see a way below has opened up, so drop down and go through. At the bottom head to the right till you reach the handhold over the spike and you can go through the upper channel.

Go through and drop down to find another Wak-Wak tree. Go to the right and follow the Old Man to fight Alternate Sargon again.

Boss: Alternate Sargon

This fight is a repeat of the first fight we had. Start the fight with an Athra Surge, parry his attacks and Athra Surge him again. He goes down easy. Killing him gets you the Athra Surge – Arash’s Ray.  Head to the right to pick up the Simurgh Power – Shadow of the Simurgh. Head to the left and exit the area and keep going left to meet up with the Old Man again. This will complete the Main Quest : The Tiger and The Rat. Head to the left and the next Main Quest: The Path to the Sand Prison will start. Remember to save at the Wak-Wak tree.
