After saving at the Wak-Wak tree next to where we fought Azhdaha, pick up the Lore Item: Object found in Azhdaha’s Lair.

Jump up and exit to the right. In the next area, traverse up the falling debris and avoid the spawning arrows as you move up. Once at the top exit the area to the right. In the next area, head up and go up the sand fall and go to the left. Break the debris apart on the ceiling and double jump your way out. Exit through the left and over the arcs and the fast travel point. Use the fast travel point to go to the Pirate Village fast travel point at the Sunken Harbor. From the fast travel point, go to the right and exit the area. Keep heading right, and drop down till you reach a blocked path. Pick up the mine to the left with the Dimensional Claw and blow up the pathway.

Store another mine and exit through the right now. In the next area keep going to the right and slide below the swinging log. Kill the enemy you encounter, and drop down where he spawns. Jump up the platform and go to the left and kill the two crabs. Then head to the right and drop down the well.

Once you drop down, go down again to find a Wak-Wak tree. Go to the left and drop down the opening. Head to the right and kill the enemy hiding under the debris. Drop down to the right and exit the area.

There is a giant tic-tac-toe puzzle here. Use your chakram on the left top square to solve the puzzle. A mimic chest will spawn kill it to pick up Ard’s Fortune, an amulet that increases the amount of time crystals dropped by enemies.

Go to the left and up the platforms and you will hear the Moon Gatherer for the sidequest : The Moon Gatherer. Kill the spinning crab and a giant crab will spawn. The Moon Gatherer will drop down and advance the quest and leave.

Head to the right and up then head left up the wooden platforms till you see the moon and jump across to find a time crystal. Be aware of the enemy chucking bombs down from an upper platform and move to the right. Go up and around and go to the left.

Exit the area through the door on the left. There is a Xerxes coin in this room. Use your chakram to activate the lift, jump over the log and then on to the second lift and then wall jump up the panels in the middle. Go up and over to pick up a Xerxes coin. Without landing keep dashing towards to the left to exit the area.

Break the debris away and go through. Use your chakram to take the elevator up. Exit the area through the right. In the next area, head up the hanging platforms and boxes and exit the area through the right – the doorway that we cleared up with the mine when we first came here. Dodge the swinging log in the next room and kill the enemy here. Go to the right and jump over the trap arrows and exit through the right.

In the next area, head up till you find a lift and use your Chakram to get it to move across to the other side. If you choose, you can go to the left from here to fight a gauntlet and get 200 Time Crystals. If you go to the left, drop down, and clear the area, you can also pick up a Soma Tree Leaf in the location below.

Use the chakram lift to get to the right and you will discover the location Captain’s Lair and pick up the Lore Item: Pirate Sea Shanty. Further to the right you will meet the Pirate Captain who will start the side Quest: Treasure of the Seven Seas. After the door opens, head to the right. Do the simple platforming puzzle and you will find a large parrot. Bring him back to the Captain. The Parrot will mark locations on the map for treasures. Pick up the Xerxes coin and the time crystals and make your way out.

Go up the poles in the next area and pick up the time crystal on the roof and then head to the left and you will come across another blocked passage. Use the mine we stored earlier to clear a path. In the next room, run through and when the spiked platform drops, get up on it and jump and to the right.

Get up on the spiked platform up there and take the enemy out. Store a mine with your dimensional claw. Wall jump and air dash up. Use your chakram on the upper wheel to bring a platform down.

Go up the lift and use your chakram on the blocked hole in the wall.

In this room, head to the left as the platform falls down and hit the wall on the left to enter a secret area where you can pick up an Azure Damascus Ingot.

Go back up and wait for the spike trap to drop again and get up on top of it when it does and go to the right and store a mine with your dimensional claw. Go up and exit through the right. In the next area, kill the enemy here and move to the right. Almost every platform here breaks, keep moving and taking out the enemies – clear the entire area and you can pick up an Amulet: Thunder Charm, which decreases the duration of Shock Effect that cripples Athra Gauge.

Run back to the three poles where we swung up and head to the right. Take out all the enemies here if you want, otherwise, just exit the area. In the next area, drop down, kill the crab and pick up the Time Crystal. Keep going right to meet Orod who issues a challenge and leaves. Keep going right and you can pick up the Lore Item: Rusted Hook. Go below the bridge to kill the crab and pick up some more time crystals and then go up and to the right to find a Fisherman and a frozen wave.

Jump across the debris and you will soon discover a new location Raging Sea, keep going to the right till you find a Wak-Wak tree. Save there. Keep going to the right, across the water. Kill the jellyfish enemies that show up and head up once you reach the main part of the ship. You can explore all the parts above the water for multiple time crystals. Inside the main ship, run till you find the Wak-Wak tree with the Wak-Wak head Kaname (6/8) for the Tree of Life Achievement. To the right is a fast-travel point that you need to reconstruct.  You can take this opportunity to buy amulets, upgrade gear/potions and pick up the Azure Damascus Ingot next to Artaban by using your double jump. Otherwise head to the left and drop down.

Fight off the enemies here to progress. Go to the right and up and you can pick up the Lore Item: The Comb of a Princess. Go back up to the Wak-Wak tree and jump up on the platforms on the left and go up to the top of the ship. Make your way up the left side, jumping on the big jelly fishes but only when they are blue. They will shock you if you stay on them when they flash red.

Go up and around to pick up some time crystals. Drop down and dash across and grab on to the wall and then drop down and dash across again to pick up a Sand Vial in this location.

Go back down to the Wak-Wak tree and exit through the right. In the next area, bear right – kill all the enemies and pick up all the time crystals – you can’t miss anything. Then jump across the big jellyfish and keep heading right to exit the area. In the next area, drop down and make your way to the next Wak-Wak tree.

There is a time anomaly on top to the right of the Wak-Wak tree, destroy it to reconstruct the ship and get time flowing again. Kill the enemies that spawn. Go up the platforms and pick up the time crystals and kill the annoying flying enemy here.

Drop down and head to the right, ignore the flying enemy that spawns. Jump across the platforms and enter the lit hallway on the ship. Keep moving towards the right and killing the annoying enemies here.

Keep going to the right and exploring this area to pick up all the time crystals and kill the enemies and pick up the Lore Item: Letter from the King Darius to Captain Iris Kaloxilos. As well as an Azure Damascus Ingot.

Keep going to the right till you find another Wak-Wak tree and young Vahram. After saving, go up and run down the chains.

Prepare for a boss fight.

Boss: Orod

He crouches and swings, then jumps up high in the air and then slams down. None of the 3 parts of this attack can be parried. The attack also generates a shock wave when he lands.

He jumps up to one corner of the map and throws his anchor. Its spins and then returns. Avoid its arc path carefully.

He charges up and rushes you.

He does a two hit combo that can be parried. An overhead swing followed by a side swipe.

Phase 2 starts at 75% HP. He spins his anchors and slams them down. I think these attacks can be parried. If you don’t, he will use the anchors to pull himself towards you at high speed.

He does a wide area of effect attack that does a lot of damage. Do not get caught in it.

He does a short cutscene and does a wide area 360-degree swing and then repeats the move. Jump and air dash during the duration of the attack.

He will be open after this attack, hammer him as he pants. He then spins in a tornado and slams down creating two more tornadoes that track on either side of him.

He jumps up and does a spin attack.

He charges up at 35% HP left. His attack patterns are the same, they just hit way harder now.

Killing him will net you The Storm Master Achievement and the Athra Surge: Bahamut’s Rage. Head to the right and pick up the Soma Tree Petal, summon the Celestial Guardian and update the quest The Celestial Guardians.
