Acquiring the Turbo Charged Shot

From Naomi’s lab, head back to the central hub area and talk to Dr. Dealgood.  Pay him the 500 scraps he wants and he will now allow you to browse his wares.

Drop down head to the right, to exit the central hub area and into the Wastelands. Dispatch of the enemies on your way and eventually you will fall down a broken bridge, and into the location as shown in the picture below.

Head to the left from here and drop down into the tunnel below and go to the right to find a couch to save the game.  Drop down from the couch and go to the left. Kill the guy here to get your Tubro Charged shot.

Go back to the couch and then to the right. Use your Turbo Charged Shot to open the blocked path and  kill the enemy behind the blockage in one go. Keep moving to the right and use your charged shot to light up the crawlspace and make your way out.
