The Haunting Case: A Picture of Health starts at the location marked on the map below –
Squeeze through the narrow opening to the cave and you will be assaulted on the other side by Evelynne Fitcher, the town physician. Following the conversation, she will ask you to retrieve her medical bag.
Follow the map marker – run straight and vault over the log into the clearing. Kill the spirits that attack you here. Pick up the loot and turn around to go up the hill marked by torches.
Keep going till you hit the intersection and head to the right. You will reach a blockage, switch to Antea and blow the rocks away. Run through and pick up the Pyrite, climb over the small ledge and head right. You will see a path heading up and one down – take the lower path.
Follow the path down and pick up the herbs on the way – as you reach the doctor’s journal. Pick it up and jump down to the right. Kill the ghouls and ghosts that attack you – and then pick up the medicine bag.
Get back up and run to the right up the mountain to pick up Pyrite and head back to where we picked up the bag. You can drop down from the ledge on the left and then climb the wall on the right side. Follow the map marker back to the camp to Evelynne. Speak to her and then enter her house to investigate. Take the Shed Key from the shelf on the right of the door.
Investigate the various clues strewn around the floor – and then reveal the memory at the foot of the bed. Leave the house to gather clues outside the house now – go to the back and inspect the book on the ground and pick up the Torn page. Use the Shed Key to unlock the door to the shed.
Switch to Antea inside the shed and inspect the painting – then switch back to Red and inspect it again. It’s a painting of Felicity and Gaufrey. Now perform a make manifest ritual on the floor to summon the ghost. Gaufrey will appear and you can hold a conversation with him – revealing his motive. After he disappears, go out and find Evelynne.
As you approach the cabin, you can hear Gaufrey and Evelynne. Kill the ghouls that spawn next. Enter the cabin and confront Evelynne.
You can choose to Blame Evelynne or Ascend/Banish Gaufrey. Choose wisely. You will receive an Essence and 1200 XP regardless of what your choice is.
