The Haunting Case: Unchain Thy Heart is found in the location marked on the map below.
Go into the store to hear Phoebe yelling and then the quest starts. After your conversation with Phoebe, your goal will be to investigate the store. Inspect the broken bottle near the shelf.
After checking the various items strewn about the store, leave through the front door. Go across the street to the Phoebe’s house. Inspect the broken bottle there. Then run to the left and check the book on the table. Go into the next room and switch to Antea to inspect another book on the table.
Next, check the bottles next to the bed on the bedside table. Now turn around and check the note infront of the fireplace. Go back to the store and talk to Phoebe again. After the conversation, you are off to search Ismail’s room. Go to the back of the store and climb the stairs to find Ismail’s room on the second floor. Inside the room – first, inspect the Bible next to the table. Second, inspect the note on the stool next to the bed. Switch to Antea and then remove the stains from the key on the table on the left.
Next, inspect the wet boots near the barrels. Now go to the back of the room and break the ward and inspect the floor.
Leave the room and head to the left and you will find Ismail in the store. Talk to him and your next goal will be to locate Phoebe’s warehouse in Covenant Beach. The beach is on the right of our current location.
Follow the map marker and make your way over there. As you approach the beach you will come across a broken bridge, just jump across it to the other side where you will be ambushed by spirits. Just take them out and keep moving. Take out the next set of spirits as you approach the warehouse, vault over the oars and debris on the left and you will be at the warehouse. Go inside and on the right, at the back, you will find a cart, climb up on it.
Drop down on the left and get behind the cart and push it – once you reach the shelves on the other side, climb up to the top. Go through the door on the right and enter the warehouse. Keep going till you reach a barrel where you can reveal Ismail’s story and pick up a broken bottle. Drop down to the floor and kill the enemies. Go to the right and go up the elevator, switch to Antea and shoot the root from the top.
Now turn to the right, vault over the slab of stone and head into the back room to shoot at the first heart.
Move to the left, next to the vase and shoot the 2nd heart from here.
Now run back to the slab of stone we vaulted over earlier and turn to the right to shoot the third heart.
Now turn back around and go to where we shot the first heart and drop down. Go to the right to the bottles on the floor and inspect them. Perform a harkening ritual to see what has transpired. Jump over the cart on the right and then push it to climb over it.
On top of the stack of boxes you will find Ismail’s freedom contract. Go back to where we performed the Harkening ritual and manifest Bess. After the brief conversation head back to Phoebe’s store. Confront Phoebe and you will have the usual choices – Blame Ismail or Phoebe or Ascend/Banish Bess.
Whatever you choose you will receive 1200XP and +1 Essence. Choose wisely.
