Chapter 1 (Sausages, Salt)

Your new objective is to grab some sausages from the cellar, but to do this, you’ll first need a light to light your way. You’ll find some candles lying on the table near where Lucy’s father is sitting. Grab one of the candles.

 

Use the candle from your inventory on the fireplace, so that the candle will be lit. Now go into the cellar, which you’ll find to the right of the stairs.

Use the candle from your inventory on the candle holder next to the door – this will light the cellar. Grab the sausages, which are hanging on the line just above the horizontally-placed barrel.

Go back up to the main room and give the sausages to Lucy’s mother.

Our final task is to get some salt for Lucy’s mother. The salt can be found on a high shelf next to the door. To get it, first interact with the stool that’s located below the utensils where you found the saucepan, i.e. between the door and the fireplace.

Use the stool just to the right of the chest so that Lucy can get the salt. After the next scene that plays, Lucy will go out to play.
