Welcome to the Into Indie Games guide for Children of Silentown! As Children of Silentown is a point-and-click adventure game, I strongly recommend exploring the world and getting a feel for all the various items and characters you’ll find in it. Note that this is a story-oriented guide and does not cover stickers or achievements.

Chapter 3 (Red and Black)

After getting past Silver, talk to all the kids as much as you can. You will have to play a couple of games to get all the information from them. Specifically, you’ll have to challenge Red and Black and defeat them if you want to get them talking.

When you’re playing as the hedgehog, you simply have to keep clicking as fast as you can to get the hedgehog to the finish line. When you’re playing as the frog, you have to carefully (but quickly) time your jumps to reach the finish line before the steadily advancing hedgehog.

This is a tricky mini-game (that the developers will hopefully make easier in a patch, hint hint, nudge nudge), and it will likely take several tries before you can win.

After you’ve coaxed all the information you can get out of Red and Black, you’ll have to talk to Blue, who is nowhere in sight… at present.
