Chapter 3 (Blue Flower)

After you have both the rope and hook, combine the rope with the hook to create the grappling hook and go to Olivia’s garden.

In case you’ve forgotten, you can access Olivia’s garden by going south from the main square, across the little stream.

At Olivia’s garden, use the grappling hook in the wall to the left of the gate.

Lucy will then be able to get inside the garden by scaling the wall with her makeshift grappling hook. Inside, interact with the blue flower to grab it. Then return to the hook to get to the other side.

With the flower now in your inventory, take it to the old man and give it to him to learn more.

Finally, use Mom’s Song on the flower for your next bit of info from the old man. Here’s how the puzzle should look after you’ve solved it.

After you’re done getting everything you can from the old man, you can focus your attention on the kids near the baker (if you haven’t done so already). If you have already completed that line of puzzles, concluding with talking to Blue, then Lucy will suggest going home.
